Hello Fellow PUA's,

Just one last question I'd like to get all your input on. As a young PUA apprentice, I've been trying to load my mind during my times away from the field with books on the Venusian Arts. I've read the Venusian Arts Manual by Mystery which I thought was great, The Game by Style which was quite helpful, and I'm about to start reading The Art of the Approach by Thundercat and Double Your Dating by David DeAngelo. I was wondering about how you all felt about the last two books (by Thundercat and DeAngelo) and if you had any other good books you recommend to add firepower to the artillery.

Thanks for your input, and hopefully I can wing for you one day in the field in return.

M

I spend time here too when I can't sleep.

I personally haven't read a lot of the two books you mentioned. However, I am a big fan of Juggler's material. He relies less on a structured interaction, and more on quick thinking and developing the skill of conversing. I think a lot of people shy away from this method, as we tend to find more comfort in a structured plan. But I think Juggler demonstrates that having a real and intimate conversation can be learned. Now don't get me wrong, that guy definately has techniques, tools, and canned responses to questions. But he is an advocate of using those tools when necessary.

It's impossible to really summarize anyone's life's work in a one paragraph message board post, so I would definately check his stuff out if you're looking to develop a well-rounded game.

Re-read his chapter in 'The Game' and you will get a bit of insight into his philosophy.

Sleep well.

Hey M ;

Nice that you liek reading this stuff and all that , but I have to tell you that the game is palyed in the field , I will tell you that you will have more game if you go out and practice what you have learned ( SArge for a month and analyze your mistakes , etc.... ) and then start reading more books .

At least for me , I read the MM , DD , and start sarging then Thundercat and some other books and Thats how i developed myself as a PUA but I found a little hard to have that much of information and havent even tryed the MM . I actually had to re-read the MM after a while .

I just want to say DD is the best book that you could read... (well for me it was) It totally improved my own game. I took that book and improved my own natural game. It helped me improve my confidence and self esteem. For me DD was the best book I could read.

mystery method is the best

swingcat - real world seduction

tyler durden - on bristollair.com

carlos xuma - secrets of the alpha male

david deangelo - double your dating

thundercat - the art of approach

neil strauss aka style - annihilation method

badboy -

lance mason (mystery's apostle)

gunwitch - dynamic sexlife

liel lowndes - how to make anyone fall in love with you; how to talk to anyone; how to be a people magnet

michael pilinski - without embarrassment; the social cowards totally fearless seduction system

that should keep you busy for awhile

i havn't read any of the replies, just the main post so excuse me if i'm spamming here. double ur dating is a excellent book for telling u how to act around women but still leaves u too fill in a lot of the blanks. my list would consist of this.

'the game'' style

''mystery method'' mystery

''double your dating'' dd

''magic bullets'' savoy

those 4 are what i think r the essential books, others basically just build from these.

David Shade's Secret's of Female Sexuality and his manual, which sadly is no longer in print, are both great books on sexual framing and how much good sex and a deep connection are to the relationship. If I could only give one book to a person to read in order to increase their skill with women, it would be Secrets of Female Sexuality.
