But what about the girl that has been your friend, ex, or both and has a boyfriend how do you deal with him if you want to do something with her and she brings him up? I think I have found something that might work let me know if its to AFC.

I think it's too long in the first place; It would sound rehearsed in my opinion, as if you expected the situation, and that's not what a girl should think.
I am a fan of the freeze-out but it should fit in the situation of course.
But this is only my opinion, I'm sure that there are many other people on the forum that can give their point of view on this.

Posts: 76 | | I don't know, you're talking about a girl you already know, so I think it's ok that it's a bit long. I love the logic behind it so I think as long as you say it naturally so that it doesn't come off as too rehearsed, it's good.
