ok, so here's the story,
my roomate had a small party at my apartment, as soon as i left my room I noticed HB8 smiling at me, I smiled back, she came over to the counter and started talking to me, i flirted back a bit but didn't want to give her too much attention as other guys at the party were hitting on her hard, so I played it cool and she kept looking at me when they were hitting on her. we chatted some more, lots of IOI's, kino (kept hugging me), told me I remind her of her best friend's BF who is really hot, and kept calling me a "hottie", later on she comes up and says she doesn't want to leave without my number, I respond with "have I showed you my room yet", she smiles and says "no, lets go", we start fooling around for a bit, then I hit a wall because she says she doesn't do one night stands, I try a freezout but then she starts getting emotional and crying about some family issues and an Ex-BF, we sleep together, in the morning she again tells me how hot i am, I take her number and she leaves.

what now? (sorry for the long opening), i've always had trouble in this part, because these one night girls usually either don't pickup, txt back or flake on me.

how long do I wait? do i txt or call first, and if so what do i say,
