This girl at my college gives me lots of IOIs when we are teasing each other but now I am in the process of developing comfort between us. Thing is I don't know exactly how to do it and I don't want to ask boring questions like where did you go to school..

She often hints that I'm boring sometimes. I cannot tease constantly as it gets annoying as I have experienced with past girls. How do you guys snatch her attention by having fun and interesting conversations that will have her hooked and she will not want to stop talking to you? Theres this other guy in my class who she seems to have more fun with her when I am not flirting with her and I feel I'm losing it slightly.
