This is a theory that I came up with which will make sense. You can think of FRAME as ATTITUDE and STATE as CONFIDENCE.

EXAMPLE:

Some days, I'll have a Frame that has Superiority \ Authority and a State that is Confident. I was at the Roxy with feeling this way and I noticed that peers wanted to talk with me and give me cigarettes and this one peer gave me a lighter.

So, before you approach if you have the Attitude of "Women want me to make them cum" and a Sexual state it will create a sexual arousal response from the women.

If I have the Frame that all women want me and a State of confidence then the response I'll be getting is women flirting with me or giving me Indicators of Interests.

So, food for thought!

This thing that you are talking is pretty much similar to Mind Scripts. I read a book the other night that said that a mind script is a program you run on your head before any opener, like "I like you, you like me, we will have a great time". And it is well known that is more or less imposible for the other person not to be influenced by your state/mood/script.
