I am just in first year university and i dont really like any chicks in my classes but that is besides the point. there is this chick that went to my highschool and she is my friend on FB but i kinda fucked it up at grad because i had to go away for some army shit and couldnt take her to grad. we didnt have anythingor w.e and the last time i talked to her was at this party, it was pretty awkard and w.e but i still wanna talk to her. Should i try and get back into it with her on FB? or just wait and see if i can see her around somewhere or at a party maybe? were bairly friends too but like friends of ours are friends together. lol. let me know.

in situations like this i always (jokingly but stick with it) turn the situation on her. remember where u fucked up?

send her a message on facebook. make sure there is a good party that you know of first and say this: "hey i feel bad for you ditching me at grad. so i'd like to make it up to you." drinks, party, whatever u want.

she'll say that you are the one that ditched her (which you did) but stick with her ditching you. in a joking sense of course.

hopefully she thinks it's funny and then you have your "date". the rest is up to you. but dont get too drunk and make yourself look like a jackass.
