I use this when i get a girl hanging out at my place, well be talking whatever then ill stop and say wait a minute come here for a sec, 95% of the time she will (compliance test). Each time she moves closer ill tell her to move even closer this build up alot of sexual tension and the whole time she will expect a kiss, when she gets close enough put your hand on the side of her head as if your going to kiss her then say "wow i thought they were green not whatever (referring to her eyes)"
If she looks disappointed that you didnt kiss her call her out on it then it's all you.

The goal isn't as much just to kiss her, by getting so close and then taking it away from her she wants it even more and creates way more sexual tension so you go further than just kissing

my most effective kiss closer is the one style teaches. 5 lies game and then follow up the bet with a kiss. It only failed me once out of 10 times

yeah i can believe that, girls who cant get what they want try so much harder.

It's actually about their defence mechanisms built up from all the annoying guys. To get around it, you have to first get her thinking about what it would be like to lose you.

So - to get number close, you have to act like you're going to go (or let her leave) without getting her number. "Well it was great chatting to you." Or the end of the first date, make it sound like the night is coming to an end, eg. "What time do you have to be back?" or in bed etc. Let it sink in... and then when you do or say something that requires her to make a decison, she'll have already made the desicion in her head because she doesn't want to lose you. Eg. gives you her number when you tell her to, or drops a hint that she can practically stay out all night if nessecary. If she still decides against it, then she's definitely not that interested anyway and you can move on.

But all we are doing is putting her mind in a place where she first experiences what it would be like to lose you, and THEN have her make a decision AFTER that. That way if she says no, she really meant it and it wasn't just that stupid defence mechanism.
