How do I game a girl that lives next to me. From my window, I can see her widow and she always stays up late and so do i. Our front doors arent near each other so it would be hard to "bump" into her

Is there anything I can do to get her attention via the window. btw my room is on the second floor of my house while hers is on the first floor of her house.
