I decided that living with my roommate was too much stress, noise, and detrimental to my health in more ways than one. He moved his girlfriend in with him after they dated like a month along with her 3 kids. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house we are talking about. His dad was also living with us at the time. That makes 7 peoples in one small house. I had my own room, but still... his dad loved to "share" my computer with me, including walking in on me once or twice.

Advantages of moving home with my parents outweigh the positive factors of living on my own with my soon to be ex-roommate and the zoo full of people. It's just temporary as my parents will be charging me rent and for some of the food too as well as helping around the house. I've been hospitalized twice this year living at my roommate's place though (due to my bipolar disorder), which is another expense that I would rather not incur. All the noise and the alcohol and excessive partying are not what I need at this time in my life. I will be 30 later this month and need stability in my life.

With the number of people in my roommate's house, I cannot get a decent girl to even come over either. The girls keep cancelling on me, so I'm changing my strategy and living conditions for the better. Thank you for reading. Feedback is encouraged.

Most of my things are moved into my parent's house. It is actually fairly comfortable here compared to a house full of people. My parents live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, which is a vast improvement to the 2 bed, 1 bath townhouse I was living in. Plus, I got paid today, so I will be able to pay off a few bills that I was struggling with at my old roommate's place. Life is looking better. I am also going to spend a lot less time looking for girls on the internet too. Most of my lays are from online gaming and I want to change this. Wish me luck. :P

Good luck bro. Just throwing this out there for conversation, but I'm in a small overcrowded flat at the moment. Due to fights I'm moving out. I'm currently looking at apartments above a small courtyard full of nightclubs in the central business district. With a place like that I know that all my mates will come and visit, and bring their mates, who might maybe bring their mates. Should be good for building a sturdy social network. Anyway, good luck with your move. You should consider a place like I just described.

All those bills are coming back to haunt me. Credit cards, car insurance, phone bills, medical/hospital bills, and the like are racking up like they always seem to. Luckily, my mom is trying to help me with some of them. I really don't think credit cards are healthy for me. Something about spending money with money you don't have is a devilish way to gouge somebody with interest rates. Hopefully I won't have to pay so much in rent and food though. Life is looking better now that I am away from all that alcohol and 3 noisy kids.
