So I was chatting with a friend on fb chat. She's a hb8-9 and i asked her to find a friend for me (DLV..ya ya ya). She found one that's also a hb8-9. this girl and i both, through our mutual friend, initially refused to facebook add each other cause "it was weird" since we haven't met. i basically said screw it and sent a friend request which she accepted. now i need advice on how to go about initiating fb game w/ her...keeping it casual, let her know that facebooking strangers isn't common practice for me, and get her to agree to a "blind-ish" date. thoughts...!?
(she could be considered a hired gun as she is a bartender on weekends and get plenty of attention)

i just decided to send a quick, simple message. and got a reply from her 2 days later...copy/pasted my message then her reply...thoughts on my next step?!

just wanted to say that for the record, i felt pretty weird sending the friend request. Kelsey suggested it so i said what the heck. She might have a crush on you...she talked you up pretty heavy...what are you going to school for? how do you like working at tango? that your nephew in the picture?

hey! hahaha yes it is a little weird huh? but facebook IS life...right? haha jk. She didn't tell you? she does have a crush on me.. I am actually her gf on the side of her straight relationship. I was all over the place in school for awhile - no idea, to a quick CMA program cuz I thought I hated school, to growing up and out of that stage and now wanting to do nursing.. just decided over the summer so trying to get my footing for that direction. Dental school for you eh?? How is that? Whatcha doin for work? I love working at tango.. I've made better money at previous bars but it is sooo much fun/friends come in a lot so that makes up for it. I totally see how people in service industry become lifers.. easiest job ever for such good money! Yes that is my nephew (in my previous picture haha) love that little shit!

You're doing fine man, your friend has obviously talked you up to this girl...honestly...go for the date right here. Something smooth ofcourse and don't make it "Let's go on a date". Maybe, bring her to something fun you have to do anyways (some people suggest shopping for clothes, I've never field tested it).

Anyways, she knows you're going to be a rich dentist...she's interested.
