First off, why are you posting text conversations on here? They are very annoying to read. Second, from what I got by skimming your post, you are 18 and she is 16 which means no sex for you, right?

Here is an example of how the conversation should have gone:

You: 16, eh?
Her: Yep, but I'm mature for my age!
You: Sorry, I don't DO jailbait. Text/call me on your 18th birthday.

This will save you a ton of headaches. Stop picking up the high school freshmen girls when you are a senior or in college.
