Hey all.

There's a girl on facebook who I would like to open dialogue with.

The challenge is, that she is from a relatively popular band in my country (Australia), and it looks like she tends to only add actual friends, not fans. The group's not famous enough to mean that she gets more than a few friend requests a week or that it's run by PR. It's her personal account.

I imagine this sounds pretty ridiculous, and I acknowledge it's an incredibly long shot, but it's worth a shot - nothing to lose.

In sending a message, my goal would be simply for her to read it, and consider responding. Thus I need to stand out, and justify a response.

Anyone got any ideas? I'm thinking something short, along the lines of a "With all due respect" comment...

Research what school she attended and be like "Didn't you go to ____ school. I think we were in the same class." Then put the class yr. Worked on Taylor swift.
