Here's the situation. I was a standard AFC with my last girlfriend. We dated for about a year and a half and finally she just dropped me. SHe told me i was no fun to be around, she didnt understand why she wasnt attracted to me anymore because i was such a great guy. just not right for her at this time in her life (college). At first, i was confused, but now, after the game, i understand that i was a total beta male. i was "boring," and constantly DLVing myself. I haven't seen her in like 3 months and i am hanging with her soon. I reallly want to just shove it in her face that i am not the same guy. I want her to realize that i am fun and interesting, but most of all that i am not a pussy anymore. The problem is that i dont know how i will go about doing this specifically. I have searched the forum and such, but i can seem to decide on which techniques would be appropriate for this situation considering she has a previous conception of who i am. Will it be hard for me to overcome who she is convinced that i am?

I know how you feel, I had a very similar situation.

Well first of all, don't act like you want her in any way. Be indifferent.

Secondly, have DHV stories ready. Make her think the past 3 months have been packed full of exciting things, girls, etc.

Ok, there's two components to this:
1) Show a HV than you last met.
2) Show you're now an Alpha


1. DHV can be shown overtly through stories, C&F, and routines. Or it can be shown covertly through things such as social proof, FTC's of fictious DHV events, preselction, and scarcity.

2. Aplha demonstration is primarily covert. Except when situationally placed in a event that requires you to AMOG or show Leadership. For covertly, this stems from your Body Language, Eye Contact, Voice Projection/Inflexion, Posture, Inner Game reactions, Response to shit tests, Response to Compliancy Tests, and showing confidence.

That's the basics. All these topics can be further expanded on by searching the forum.

About a year ago, I had a girlfriend that I really liked, soo like any other AFC I tried her like a queen.( you know '' are you ok baby, let me know what you want and ill do it, blah,blah,blah)So naturally she started treating me like shit.After 3 weeks of going out we broke up. I later found out that she cheated on me. I was hurt and decided to say FUCK THEM HOES. I started going out parting, treating women like they aint shit, and founf some love for myself.About a month later she called me out the blue. I reconized the number and missed the call.I waited about 10 mins and called her back.

THIS IS HOW He conversation went.

Good stuff! I've thought bout this before because I've been in this situation before and unfortunately, had no knowledge of the community and the game, and i "lost" my gf to some punk. but now, with the game and the community, things are looking up for me. I've seen her several times at the gym with her new bf, and i pretend as if nothing ever happened.

Now, what happens with the same scenario of wanting to show DHV to someone who already knows you, but you were never previously involved with her in a relationship, just friends at the moment. I want to get this girl attracted to me and chase after me just to get her closer and ensure some future in the relationship in the far future.

Thats exactly what i've heard, is to make them seem like they're "tagging along" so its not AFC. I was out last night with some friends, and i was on my way home when i texted one of my friends to see what she was doing, n i told her i was headed for some coffee and she could me there..she told me she was already out and we'll hang out later..

i'm thinking that when she calls me or txts me to hang out, ill just throw the "o well im bz right now, but ill call u back in a bit" then a few hrs later call her back and tell her that im headed for coffee etc. and she can come along.
