Hey. There is this really beautiful girl at my work which I would like to open on. The problem is I might be in the friend zone. What's the best way to open on her?

There is also another girl I'd like to give it a shot at, but she is the best friend of the aformentioned colleague.

Since I haven't got much experience on this, I'd thought I'd ask you guys for some advice. How do I even start on opening on one of them?
