It depends. Did you let her eat out of it or did she do it herself.
It sounds to me she threw you a Compliance Test
Because if she just did it herself and you didn't say anything then she just demonstrated a level of control over you by taking what she wants from you. Unless you made fun of her or she asked permission, its a very slight DLV(nothing too major). Just keep in mind of future compliance tests.

If she grabbed your fork and started without permission, she's interested, but instinctively, she's also looking for a leader. A leader would make her jump through a hoop, a follower would just sit there and say nothing or pretend to not notice.

"Hey, WTF, are you just helping yourself to my salad? I'm not sure you're worth it." would have helped. But then, quickly show you aren't a dick and say "Seriously, if you'd like some of my salad, I don't mind. I'll share with you, but it'd be nice manners on your part to at least ask next time."

Your worst response would be to just sit there and watch her do it and not say a word.

It's a major indicator of interest but it's also a bit of a compliance test in my opinion.

I also do this to women in bars within 90 seconds of the approach...I grab their beer/drink and take a swig. It shows confidence and it shows you're not like all the other losers who've hit on her in the past. I never ask permission...I just grab it, make a comment like "Wow, what's this?" and take a sip. Never a large gulp, just a small sip. It brings down the ASD shields. 9 times out of 10, I get an body language IOI when I do it.

The problem with a girl being more aggressive than you is, she instinctively wants her man to lead her. If shes initiaties something like this, call her on it. Otherwise, she'll feel like she can manipulate you and if she manipulates you just once she'll lose all sexual attraction for you immediately.
