Mini-golf is one of my personal favorites. I'm really good at mini-golf so I always make a bet that I can beat her and that if I do she has to pick where we go on the second date (make sure you tell her that it better be good or you'll never speak to her again, in a C&F way).
If she's really bad you can always "show" her how it's done. Stand behind her, have her hold the golf club and then you place your hands over top of hers, all while having your body right up against hers. Perfect chance to kino. It always works, because the girl will always want to know how I'm so much better than her.
Oh, and have fun with it. Throw her hair in her face while she's trying to putt. Bump into her. Playfully shove her out of the way. You get the point. Just go out there and be your fun and entertaining self. She'll enjoy it...even if you do totally cream her
