Right guys, first effort with this, so please criticise if the format is all wrong.

So I'm out the other day with a long-time female friend, we're just having drinks and chatting, we both work long hours so it's like an after-work thing. I arrange to meet up at some club with this other girl and her friends whom I met the other day at a drinks event from his work.

So on the evening I get a bunch of texts saying that my mate isn't going to make it because he's away for the weekend, oh well. I text this girl and she's like telling me where she'll be.

So I take my friend over to this club. Another one of my friends a dude drops down because he's got the hunger to get laid I imagine.

Weitd stuff happens at the club, some fight breaks out so we leave and my female colleague is all scared and stuff so we take her to a cab to send her back. The girl that I was texting comes down and see's this happen and it's all exciting and stuff. She also introduces me to her friend that she's been partying with and she is HOT.

So we arrange to go back to their dorm room just the two girls and my friend who popped down. We grab a wine and play drinking games for like an hour. I get some rnb on the computer and we're joking and chatting and stuff. I have to say now that this guy is a bit average with the chat. Talks a lot of shop, granted he's a surgeon but that only goes so far.
So now I'm getting these girls chatting all about sex and dirty stuff I'm getting them to do handstands and front rolls and getting them more physical, I'm rubbing this girls leg and shes totally just into it. Then later were in their room and I'm rubbing the side of her ass and it's totally fine.

THis is where the fail comes, we somehow manage to just sit it out to morning without any further escalation. Granted the mate with no chat and her friend are making it awkward.

I just want to work out what I should have done to escalate things at this point. Should I have extracted the one I was working on away somehow? Maybe I needed to have a pregame brief with my friend.

Pls, any suggestions would be really helpful, I have some other potentials lined up and don't want to make any more mistakes. As always, just want to be educated

Maybe the mistake is that you just didn't do anything. You didn't try to kiss her, while she was waiting to be seduced (seeing all the IOI's she was giving).

Think Shyler is right. Always finish what you start dude. If the girl can let you touch some of her goodies and she likes it, you might as well go the whole way. Once you've got her pulse up, don't rest on your laurels, keep it coming. Soon it'll be her her dishing it off to you. So do the same thing with the girls you've got lined up but this time go the whole way. Goodluck.......
