I think you did an awesome job keeping it pretty real and yet using just a few PUA techniques. The only thing I don't like is:

"Me: haha well then lets watch a movie and eat pizza at my house!"

Should have made her qualify herself there and give you something before you agreed. Perhaps getting her phone number, or make her give you a backrub, or whatever your next step is...just make her earn that 'privelage.' Truth be told...she wants you...you probably don't need much PUA skills to close this. Just keep your mouth closed if you start getting AFC and revert to body language.

I didn't make it official because I don't know if I want to or not, but I ended the conversation on a good note, then told her that "I couldn't stay online all night while she hit on me" and I logged off. How's that?

Great advice! Looking back I could have easily gotten something out of it... Only problem is her boyfriend and I still feel kind of bad for taking a guys girl because I'm sadly a nice guy .
