This is a good question and I'm interested as to what others have to say.
However limited my AFC knowledge is, I've always thought that at the point you're ready to isolate, it doesn't really matter what you say, as they should be ready for the isolation as well.
If you're in a bar, I'd say an innocent "come with me to get a drink" or whatever should suffice. Or, if you're trying to pull, make up any excuse to get out of there. Maybe suggest a venue change? If if you're trying to get her back to your place, "come look at my ___ collection."
I always say something like "you've got to see my vintage poster collection!" Sure, they're just a couple of cheap posters I got at the college poster fair, but hopefully she doesn't REALLY care about the posters. You and she both know that it's code for "let's go fuck." However, girls have a stigma that prevents you from actually saying that, so "let's watch a movie" or "come see blahblahblah" should work.
Make sure to talk your place (or wherever you're going) up a little. Talk about how AMAZING it is to convince her to come (but don't overdo it). If she calls you out on it once you get there (which she probably won't), just laugh and shrug it off.
Well yeah, that would be useful once the girl is already isolated and separated from the set. Although, I'm referring more to the situation where you want to get her away from the set, separating her from it to get some alone time. A venue change could be a good idea, however how would you pull that off without having to take the whole set into consideration?
