1. There is no 'the way to go'. There are hundreds (~) of ways and all of them work. Approaching multiple women on a dance floor is a way to meet girls. Though keep in mind, think of you gaming a girl, and then take away any kind of verbal game. That's what you're left with. So you're going to need good body language, facial expressions, physical contact, etcetera. Make sure you engage the entire group (blocking you on a dance floor is pie for an obstacle), and make sure you're not lowering the 'fun'. If you want more specific info on this you should make a separate thread. (Or find an existing one).

3. This is an extremely common and basic problem, search the forum / internet you'll get giant threads on this. (Easiest thing to do is ignore it and keep gaming, she'll accept and go with you or reject you HARD, meaning she really has a boyfriend AND isn't going to cheat. If the latter, -> next girl.)

4. Talk loud, talk slow, talk expressive (If you just talk slow, but not expressive that'll blow you out in a matter of seconds.).

Though if you want to do more dance floor, it's great to do physical openers like taking or motioning for her hand and spinning her. This works well because it screens out the girls that aren't interested, and immediately gets some compliance and a fun interaction with those who are interested.

EDIT: You don't really have to be a good dancer by the way. Just use your arms (above your waist), move on the rhythm, and you're fine. If it looks like you're enjoying yourself it'll probably be fine.
