1. don't know, I have a similar problem but not enough experience. I figure we take the checklist and if you're like 'nope, nope, nope' you're out.

2. Funny, I was thinking about your post when I thought my own case over. In your case, you can say when you escalate again and the pulls the same crap that no girl goes out dancing with a guy for no particular reason. She has to be interested and maybe you just confront her.

she: we only dance together
you: no we don't, you're attracted to me.

Don't know if it works, just my 2 cents.
