If the only criteria of attraction for you is beauty and all you want is just a one night stand why do you care if she is shy or boring?

You want just a one night stand or an open relationship. A boring girl must have less options or as her only options to attract a guy in places that have loud music and the communication is not possible. So she must be easy to get and beautiful if you chose her. On the other hand if she is shy then she is inexperienced. Again beautiful and easy. Both types will accept an open relationship and be happy about it.

A girl with personality and brain will have higher standards and will not be impressed with a 10 min conversation. On the other hand when will it be proven useful to you all these traits?

Yes, a lot of times it is about a ONS or an open relationship. In both instances, the former moreso than the latter, looks are the decisive factor. But, it is as much about having a good time and enjoying the process. If I see a HB, open her, and find out she's boring as hell, I am already losing interest. Equate it with some hot guy coming up but being really DLV if you will. If she's hot enough, I will go through with it and close, but I will enjoy it infinitely more if she's fun, confident, and challenges me.

Think about it this way:
1. Even HB 9+s have to earn it, just a lot less so than guys.
