I think the only good nicknames are situational. Example:

HB: I'm kinda drunk
Keks now dubs her drunk girl, alki, or something to that effect

HB tells me she's staying in that night b/c last night was exhausting
Keks tells her she sounds like a middle aged mom and proceeds to call her that from now on (like mother, momma, whatever)

Anything you can use to tease. A more advanced method might be to try to tie it to specific emotions or things you talked about that will get her thinking about the nicest past time of life.

they seem shocked the first time i call them that like they have never heard it before lol good nickname though, nice and simple!
