I am a pretty preppy person. I wear khakis and a collard shirt when I go out and am loooking for something to wear that might stick out. Nothing to crazy like painted nails or goggles or a pink cowboy hat.
Any suggestions

Start with the basic necklace and rings maybe. Do something interesting with your hair. _________________ "The 'Brick Walls' are there to allow you to prove how badly you want something!" ~ Randy Pausch

For example, when I went dressed as a praetorian you would not believe the amount of girls playing with my sword lol!!
However, I am still not a great fan : P Nor would I suggest carrying a conan-style sword on the back of your preppy jumper!!
One thing that worked for me the other day, when I was wearing a round neck T-shirt, was my dog tags. Not only are they good because of the weird type of chain that looks like a plughole round your neck, they also bring up the whole kind of conversation about "what should be written on then", "what would she write on them", maybe leading into the desert routine to help her decide, I dunno!!
Needless to say I didn't get it back until a few days later, and ironically broke her rather fancy necklace on the way home cos she had put it round both our necks LOL. I wasn't even gaming her!! _________________ “Where we have strong emotions, we're liable to fool ourselves.”

I dont like tatoos but I write stuff om my arms such as 777 your in luck or getting a girl to kiss you on a cheek with a lot of lipstick is very good also, or do the gangster tear near your eye with a pen that works also or a star on your cheek

get some tshirts too, collared shirts and polos are nice, but not as an everyday outfit _________________ I'd rather go out swinging than strike out looking.

It might draw a lot of attention, because they stick right out, but they get dirty really easy and then they look like garbage and garbage that doesn't match. I say go with neutral colours. Tans and browns and maybe even greens. Some cool blue coloured shoes would draw attention, but they aren't white, so dirt doesn't stick out so much and who the hell wears blue shoes? _________________ "The 'Brick Walls' are there to allow you to prove how badly you want something!" ~ Randy Pausch

And to clarify: Look at a Polo or Abrecombie magazine and thats pretty much how I dress.
Thanks for the tips. I am gonna get a nice watch (been needing one anyways) and maybe a live strong type braclet.
