I'm needing some advice on how to handle this situation. So I'll lay it all out for you.
I'm 16. I picked up this girl (via opinion opener), got her name and cell. We briefly texted during the day. That was two days ago.
Yesterday, we ran into each other a few times, and I got her laughing and smiling and such (I interepreted that as a good sign. Then I added her on Facebook, and she accepted it. Then we messaged on each other's walls twice, then I sent a third reply, but then she didn't answer it, but I KNOW she was online (she was responding to other people's wall posts). So now I'm thinking she's playing hard to get.
Today, we talked two more times, she was laughing and such as the usual. She invited me to hang out with her during our school's lunch break with her friend, but things got cancelled, but she assured me we'd do it some other day.
So I think she's playing hard-to-get, but she has also given me quite a few IOIs. What do you guys think I should do tomorrow and the following few days? I wanna get some action, and possibly a girlfriend from this girl.

Let me know! Any advice is welcome.

P.S. I have always been the one to come up to her and talk, how can I get her to come up to me, thus confirming that she enjoys my company?

Making a girl doing things for you is what's also known as chase cycling. Mehow has got a great section on it in his Get The Girl book and few others.

The more girl does for you the more her attraction will raise.

I'd text her with funny stuff and then call and tell you wanna meet her

Don't wait too much. Do things while the iron is hot.

You should be hitting on new girls while gaming her.
