ok now first listen to this,( i was new to this small school last year just to let you know im not really close to this HB8) anyway one time at a party i'd gotten drunk and took my shirt off, the few girls that were there had made a big deal about my body( also to let you know i love bodybuilding and i lift religously,so i have to say i am a little bit ahead of the pack when it comes to bodybuilding and powerlifting) anyway i usually dont take my shirt off just to show off, but this HB8 heard about my body and eventually saw it, now every once in a while she will yell out "take your shirt off!"

ok now theres that, i proved to her that i was somewhat goodlooking

heres the situation, once in a while when i would see her she would do alot of KINO, even grabbing my ass, but i tried talking to her on the phone like twice( this was over the summer) and she seemed uninterested. the last time i saw her was a few weeks ago at a party, she had done alot of KINO to me(when i was laying on the floor she would stand on my stomach and whatever). DUDE this confuses the shit outta me so i didnt try anything, but now that i know about being a PUA i think i know what to look for.

PLEASE give me any advice on this situation and anyone else who reads it

I'd say just apply your PUA skills and knowledge and then you will have a better idea where you stand now that you understand what's going on in the situation. Maybe search for some topics on friends and girls that guys already know and it might give you an idea how to start. Because you aren't close friends, I would still open her, but not with any silly canned openers or anything like that, something personal, probably an opinion opener. "Hey, what do you think of this hat?" don't let her think you want her approval, you just want to see what she thinks of it. Or make a joke and then go from there into some attraction building routines.
