Seduction and PUA is all BS. You have nothing to offer a woman besides a silver tongue and innuendo. Point in blank how many of these women that you seduced or picked up from years ago still call you.

man, you have missed the whole point.

i believe in chastity-- ie no sex before marriage. this PUA stuff is kind of nasty, but if you work through some of it, you will find that it will improve your life. im not just talking about "seducing" girls, i'm talking about increasing your self-confidence.
you can totally become a "PUA" without sacrificing integrity or disrespecting women. what this is all about is understanding what women actually want. i believe that God created us this way--guys are supposed to be leaders, so girls are attracted to the powerful (powerful meaning self-confident, adaptable, etc. not just really buff--girls are intuitive and are attracted to qualities that are more sub-surface than guys are). cause we are fallen creatures, things don't work like they originally were supposed to, but you can still see the stuff there. this stuff is good stuff.
well that's what i believe. so yeah, a goody-goody christian guy approves, why can't you?
incedently, i have personally seen this improve my life--i can adapt to more situations, etc. i have some seriously good friends who are girls who i would never have talked to before. they build me up and help me mature in ways that a guy could not. and even with guys i can relate better, just because i have direction. it has even helped me get on a good side with my boss, just because i can be a lot more personable and interesting.
so if you don't think it works, you are mistaken. i don't rate girls (or think of them) by the HB# system, or use all the crazy acronyms but i still can use this stuff.
so yeah. don't be too critical. and don't be too defensive either. just have fun and be yourself.

Your still a geek with the same personality. women can smell geekiness a mile away. only now you are more confident. but your still a geek. a geek is actually an anti-man. its not the geek himself that repels the women but the things he holds most important. these things he hold important are love of knowledge and the supremacy of technical ability. The greatest fault of all geeks is that they do not love power.A man seeks power a geek does not. that makes him anti-man.
A woman can tell from a distance that you value knowledge over subjugation of others. and this is a turnoff.

I don't think that being a geek automatically eliminates their potential to meet beautiful women - Take Mystery for example: He was a geek in high school (still kind of has that vibe in my opinion), yet has been with hundreds of women - it's all inner game. So that pretty much just eliminates "geekiness" from being an immediate set back from which there is no return.

, make a lot of money, get a gold-digging girlfriend, get married, have her cheat on you and divorce you and steal half of your earnings!

pickup and a great job/friends are not mutually exclusive. and fyi, you don't find a girlfriend by offering her your resume. also, it is not our goal to attract decent women. rather, we wish to attract exceptional women.

I really look at PUA as a life-style that is meant for some people and not meant for others. I don't think it's cheesy or immoral, it simply is about teaching people how to better themselves socially, mentally, and physically. I find it hard to believe that it doesn't interest you, considering you have enough down time to find a forum like this and essentially throw out insults that are not constructive in the least bit.

man, this PUA stuff got me away from my geekiness. i was cured. and im serious! i haven't played any online roleplaying games, video games, or anyhting since i started. and it feels great! i spend my time writing music, working, etc. and getting to know dozens of awesome people i would never have talked to before.
so don't call me a geek. i am really productive.

Whatever your reason, don't worry about looking out for me, I can take care of myself. I am rational enough to see the PUA community in a logical way. There are many sceptics out there, and believe me when I say I am one of the greatest. However, despite being sceptical of much of it, I still think there are things to learn from it.

if you put a PUA along side a natural. dressed the same and all that and ask 100 women which is the pick up artist. 98% of them will correctly point out the PUA. Guaranteed.
