Hey guys, any constructive advice would be appreciated:
Short version:
Sarged last weekend, got a few numbers and set up an immediate day two with a cutie HB 8 for the following day (saturday). Things went so well and chemistry was so off the charts, we slept together that evening. We finally parted ways on Sunday (and I'm aware that spending this much time with a girl straight away can cause major one-itis, which it did for me...) anyway, things were grand. We saw eachother Sunday evening and hung out until 3am, made out like mad, finally parted ways. For the week everything was fantastic. Lots of sex talk, tons of flirting, lots of her saying and showing affection (morning texts, goodnight calls, etc). anyway, she texted me on Thursday evening around 830pm and asked "are you thinking about me?" to which i responded with a "no way! (winky face)" and didn't hear from her despite sending another text to her a few hours later telling her something about my friend (just to see if she would respond). I went total AFC today and called her up at 2pm cause I hadn't heard from her and she was starting to tick me off with her games (and i know I shouldn't let a girl have the power over me) and she finally sent me a text at 3pm "hey. don't really feel up to going out tonight i hope you understand. that's awesome you're friend had her baby!" and i texted back an hour later "enjoy your evening. talk soon" and she responded "k. have fun tonight!" and i let it go after that. i went out with my friends and sarged the hell out of the bar and got some numbers. i pull out my phone to get a number and i see a text from the HB8 that blew me off and it says "hey! how's your night going?" received at 12am, obviously i have not responded.
my question is..why this test after the chemistry and everything is already there? WAS this actually a test? and what do i respond with tomorrow or even a day from now?
Women are so strange....

I have no advice here...your situation whilst different has some similarities with the one i am in (i just posted a new thread about it).
To me i think it sounds like a test maybe and it might be a coincidence that your slightly neg text seemed ot be the turning point. However i'll wait until more knowledgeable people chime in here.

Everything worked out, actually. She texted me this morning, I called her, told her to meet me downtown in an hour and she was there. I told her not to do that again and that I value my time. All good.
