Iv experimented with a few in the past with some good results, here they are below with some of the benifits and problems iv had with them
Creatine : more power and added energy between sets
L-argnine : bigger pumps, veins pop out during training, also increases downstairs area , tastes disgusting however, better try getting it in tablet form!
L-glutomine : no noticable benifits or problems
green tea : sweat double as much when running/cycling/rowing
cafine : unlimited energy during sessions, if taken in afternoon can be hard to get to sleep
taurine: if taken before bedtime put me in a seriously deep sleep, wake up fresh as a daisy
NO-Xplode: high energy levels, good pumps, made me need to go the toilet straight away and had to take a leak numerous times throughout training
now iv obviously had whey protien etc, but i was wondering if people had any other recomendations for me that they have tried from personal experience..
cheers
Jon Paul

if your trying to get bigger aim for 8 reps and make sure your eating alot of protein and carbs.. use protein for right after you work out dont use it as a meal replacement
what kind of food are you eating?

eg, l-glutemien, taurine,creratine etc
not the actual brands of products
But again i can see where you come from and that you should'nt always believe what you see in advertisments
