Because inner game is not something you can dramatically change overnight, there are also some tricks:
-Give your wing 20$, which he will give you back, after you approach a set (if you don't approach on whole sarge, he keeps them). You can also give him more money or like 100$ and he gives you back 20$ for each approach or whatever you like.
-Do things that are out of your comfort zone, to make it bigger. If you can't approach anything, then first ask some man for time. Then ask some women for time. Then maybe ask for location and try to chat a bit. Have fun with hired guns. Then you can ask for opinion on something (wait... that is opening already!).

Its not hard man, its all in your head. You just have to get past it. Do you have any openers? I found it a little hard, at first, to approach purely because I didn't know what to say. As soon as I found a few good openers aproaching became easy and the more you do it the easier it becomes.

Is it approaching really hot girls that puts you off or any girls? If its just hot girls try approaching some less attractive girls to get your confidence up and see if that helps.

Otherwise all I can recommend is trying to work on your inner game and feel good about yourself enough to get in there and have a crack.

it's because you are attached to it, expecting an outcome. i.g it will be easy to approach an old lady greeting her: hello maa'm good morning, how are you today? so have a the same mindset when approaching hb, later practice some opener.
it's after the approach that really matters. you can find lot tips and advise in this forum, everybody is friendly and generous helping others to be better. so keep on reading and practicing... don't give up! Good luck

I remember awhile back my parents were watching a game show in the other room. I was watching chunks of it while doing my own thing.

It was a bunch of different contestants had to get random people to do different things in public in a certain time limit. For example, I remember one person had to get people to give him different articles of clothing: shoes, pants, shirt, etc. Another had to get people to give her money for a massage or something. Now if they were put in YOUR situation where they just had to DO it, they wouldn't. But since it was for lots of prize money they had no problems approaching these people asking for these things.

It really is the reasoning behind it. Find a valid reason you're OKAY with and you'll be fine. Not that it'll be easy. I still haven't gotten over AA as well but things like this help my mindset.

Sounds like you need to take a break for a few, my man. This should not be stressful.

Start socializing just for the sake of socializing. Hot girls. Ugly girls. Fat girls. Guys. Old people. Forget "trying to pick up" just for a few weeks until you're relaxed again. Once you're relaxed, all systems go!
