Ok so i was out sarging tonight with my friends in essex in loud nightclubs and
bars and I couldn't open a single set non verbally. It seems women in the UK respond much less warmly to cold approaches to girls in the US, Im a good looking guy and I carry myself well but I can't seem to open a single set on a loud nightclub dancefloor which is much too loud for me to use verbal commication, I try giving girls a friendly butt bump and cheeky smile but they all give me a dirty look for approaching their little circle of friends on the dancefloor.

I guess what im asking is how do i open sets and move girls away from loud dancefloors (where nearly all HBs are found) to a location where I can work verbal game (in the UK).


Furthermore has anyone else had trouble trying to open sets in the UK compared to say the US it seems people in the UK aren't used to random people walking up to them and talking to them.

Mate, I'm no expert but...

Ask yourself, seriously why would they want to leave the dancefloor to chat with you when they're having fun dancing? That would be a fruitless endeavour trying that tactic dude.

If you want to sarge on the dancefloor, learn dancefloor game, which is a specific subset of game, and it's nonverbal. (I'm guessing you don't know about dancefloor game....?)

If you want to do the 'verbal stuff' the logical answer - go somewhere that you can be heard.

Yes the dancefloor has lots of women....but does that mean it's the best place to run pickup? I'll let you answer that yourself.

Easy as hell.

Start dancing with the HB, and, after some minutes, speak at her ear something like "Hey, I'm tired, come on, let's get a breath!"

Then, pull her off the dance floor.

well the OP is stating that it worked in the US (otherwise he would not post it as UK only trouble for him). So that "why would they want to leave the dancefloor to chat with you" is not the problem here.

Ok I'm gunna let you know that I'm from Hull, so I can relate to the difficulties of Cold Opening. Also, I've never heard of dancefloor game either but I've never had any particular trouble on the dancefloor.

If you're trying to isolate and failing its because you're not dancing with them for long enough. Keep dancing until a slow song comes on and check her reaction to it. If she doesnt seem impressed etc then just say "listen im going for a drink/cig/bit of air, coming?" (dont forget to smile when you ask if she's coming) then lead her out. Take her hand in yours too, build up a bit of kino etc. Oh and when your asking her t ogo outside put your hands on her shoulders (gently) and lean into her ear, then pull away when you say "coming?".

When your outside or whatever neg her dancing, work your game once you've got her from the dancefloor. Once you think the convo is running dry tell her your off to the dancefloor, she gets the priveledge of coming with you.
