Have a read the legal disclaimer on the bottom of the site (particularly paragraph 2 and 3).

Growth is a delicate process, and I certainly wouldn't tinker with anything involving your spine or hormones, as it can result in serious and permanent damage to your body. I'd steer clear. If you really want to try it, I would consult your Doctor first.
