There's a line between being playful in not answering her questions and in just being irritating. You were way, way over that line. You thought you were being funny and probably thought were being mysterious and controlling the frame. You weren't you were being irritating.

From the fact she said 'I'm bored of this guessing game' she want clearly indicating that you did not have enough value in her eyes and weren't being funny enough, for her to continue. I mean, nothing happened in this interaction. You just talked about fluff. I would have said you should have built comfort by showing who you are and trying to build a real connection.

I agree with michael_darcy.... there is no success! How can you not see when you are just being annoying and she is not interested? It's pretty simple bro.

First off she keeps asking you who you are and you just dont tell her man thats creepy. Do you know how many people a day try to talk to this "HB" per day? Or do you think your the only guy who has the courage to send a message

You can tell shes really annoyed right off the bat. Also she doesn't even remember adding you lol its obvious at this point it's already over. Decent conversation flow but then she asks you to show her your picture and you refuse. This to her means you are a) self conscious or b) not attractive. All of this could have easily been avoided by just telling her who you are lol

You took the piss for too long,WAYYYYY too long and she lost interest. Then you joked around too much,especially with the "evil twin" thing,that really made me want to hold my head underwater until I forgot what I had just read.

You should have told her your name after the first few lines,and then thrown in a smiley face or something.And also back off on the cheesiness,that was just terrifying.

I don't really wanna just go "OMFG YOU SUCK AT LIFE I HATE THIS CONVERSATION IT MADE ME WANNA KILL MYSELF," but that was pretty darn bad...

Reasons:

1) As others have said before, its not funny and does not have mysterious qualities when you don't tell your own name...

Imagine some random girl chatting you, you don't know who she is or what she looks like, and your just trying to find out her name innocently, she's playing "hard to get" but it just turns out to be SUPER annoying.


2) A lot of times, betas will attempt to act alpha, to be "cool" and such, but in reality, it just comes off as something that is obviously fails to do what the beta hoped to do. I remember watching my friend talk to this girl on facebook chat. He's shitting himself every time she teases him, so on, and conversations done.

What did he say?

(Deep into chat)

HB: So... do you have any hot guys at your school?
Friend: (pauses for 5 seconds, completely clueless)
Friend: You mean besides me, right? Um... well...
HB: Haha, no.
Friend: Well, I guess (******) is kinda hot...
HB: cool.
Friend: So what are you eating for dinner?
HB: idk
HB: I gotta go, bye.

It's this kind of thing, where the minute he goes besides me, right? In a confirmation, thinking thats what an alpha says, the girl just loses interest completely. He thinks he's bein funny, whatever, but shes like

For example, have you ever had a friend that you knew always lied about something or bragged about something even though the story itself was believable? Yeah, that.
