I am new to the game. I want some feedback on this girl any kind of help would be appreciated.
So there is this girl in my college and i know that she is attracted to me. we have got good rapport and kino. I know that she wants me but she is some kind of reserved (There are social restrictions in my country). now that my college is off and she is doing her internship in a firm which is close by my firm. So today while going back home from my internship, I stopped by her place and called her to tell her how good was my first day of internship. then i asked her to guess where I was and she said that she was bad at gussing and stuff so i told her to come out and asked her to make it quick bcoz i had to go to the bank and before that i wanted to c her.
First she tried to act cool as if i was kidding and then asked was i really there. Anyways long story short she told me that she was busy and couldnt come out. This is not the first time she did it, she had flaked on me twice and cancelled the plans to come to college to help me out on something (the only problem was She was coming alone, i know that) if we are around friends she wouldnt stop me from doing anything, but she resists coming out alone with me.

Her: No, i cant i am busy
Me: i am in a hurry,come out make it quick
Her: seriously i cant get outside, come in if u can (but she never told me where her office was, even if she did i wasnt going to go)
Me: Ok. i am going
Her: hey, let me know what happens on your internship
Me: no, i am not telling u anything, bye
Her: (pause) ... bye

Her: There is no need to get angry (2:56pm)

Me: Well u already pissed me, I stoped for u, u know (2:58pm)

Her: Aww thanx... but i was unable to come out, i was working... i have a presentation tomorrow. (3:26pm) {i know she wasnt busy}

Me: Chill i am cool. I know u r a loser (3:32pm)

Her: yaya... look whoz talking!:-D (3:43pm)

Me: According to the book "the ultimate rules of ranjha" u hv violated 3 vital rules 1) being a bratty girl 2) being abnormally sugar coated and not being herself 3) Breaking the zero tolerance policy for bad behaviour. Hence according to the above mentioned paras you have been sentenced to pick your nose in public for the next 15 days. anymore violations will result in an ultimate ban on u. Case dismissed.

You got her back into being playful with you, then with that shitty ultimate rules routine you just fucked it all up (no offence) but dont use that again.. it failed harshly, she didnt take it in a playful way...!

Yeah, she clearly likes you. She likes you and wants to keep talking to you in spite of you being rude to her. Hence she must like you a lot. Sounds like you're pushing her away too much. I'd recommend finding a situation in which to isolate and escalate.
