There's this super hot girl on Facebook I'd like to get to know. We have one mutual friend on the site but that mutual friend is not somebody I really know. He's actually a friend of a friend that added me. Anyway, this girl has over 2,000 friends so I'm thinking she probably isn't too picky in who she accepts and maybe I should just send her a friend request and learn a little more about her from her profile before messaging her. Should I do that or email or poke her instead? If I friend request her should I add a message?

If you do this I recommend you text her the day after. As she doesnt know you, doesnt recognise your number she probably wont answer the phone so a text is less pressure.

I seem to get replies from both, however I'm not sure of any rule that says not to. If she's hot, your msg will simply blend in with all the other nice ones she gets. Or you could try "Hey, you're a beautiful girl, but do you have any personality?"... This is a little less rude, but makes her quelify her self to you.

My facebook game has been pretty tight. I pick a friend off my list and scroll through all his or her friends. Each hot girl I send a message to (private message). In the subject line, I write "Did I?" and in the body, I write, "we spoke to each other briefly last Saturday, right?"
