Location: united states | | Before i joined the community i was always good at opening girls because im a pretty advanced magician. (I dont always open girls this way its a 50/50 thing)...Anyways i noticed that my problem is always the samething, girls think im weird which is true to an extent. So ive known about the community for awhile and i am still unable to fix this problem. It really bothers me that this keeps happening.

The girls I'm with call me weird after seeing me for a while just because I do funny/quirky things to make them laugh. As long as you are doing positive things while being weird its fine. Make them more comfortable. Dont open a set by just coming in and saying 'wanna see a card trick' because that IS weird. Open a set, talk to them first, mention about magic, show them magic, and work from there. Dont keep throwing magic tricks at them. You arent a clown you are a PUA.

I never open with magic like u said i would be akward to just walk up and say that. my friends(who arent puas) always bring up the subject and i end performing and i dont get to stop because they constantly keep agging me on and my AFC friends leech off my performance and make themselves look good by having a high energy level and talking loudly and i cant even talk because of it. and then when im done they toss me off to the side like a used condom. Thing is if i refuse to keep performing they get kinda pissed and just blow me out of the set.

Location: Steel City, ON. | | Don't let your friends AMOG you out of a set. Magic is great to use, but only use it if you can talk doing it. And if you cant, do one or two tricks and stop. Always do the most talking and be the center of attention!
