She was def initially interested but I dropped the ball in my response by not really being flirty/funny much and instead going about it more interview style. She replied but was a lil dry and didnt really act like the conversation was going anywhere. Figurin I had nothing to lose I messaged back acting way more attractive and left my number telling her to text me when I'm at work sometime. That turned out to be a good move, as she responded much more lively and interested, and gave me her number. =D Now heres where I'm stuck...she said she had "lost her phone" at the moment and had to find it, but told me to def text her. She sent that yesterday afternoon...should I just wait for her to text me, or should I make the first move and text her? I don't wanna do anything needyish...but at the same time she is shy, so maybe a confident opening text?

I don't care when they tell me to text, as I think calling shows a bit of confidence since they're probably afraid to do it. You'll probably get the voicemail, so leave one and then wait for her to make the next move.
That's just my opinion though. _________________ -Fortune favors the bold-
