Just like Neil Strauss says and me being a girl I agree " Woman are more perseptive than men" We can instantly spot insincerity and bullshit. So a PUA must be great with his material, and really believe in it, or be a great actor.

I think ALL of the openers work and obviously have. Mystery is no cheeseball, the guy is EXCELLENT at his game DONT HATE.

I think Opinion openers are great, you are taking interest in a girls thoughts and brain also in her answer you are getting to know her which can create another "OPENER" off of her answer. It definatley throws her off compared to what most guys are talking to her about that night, believe me IM a girl most of the guys are fucking wasted and have no game you are already 90% ahead of most guys who do not study this. And MOST guys I have met dont know how to pick up a girl to save their life, or they just rely on their looks which is totally unattractive and BORING.

Just believe what you are saying to her. And if she can sense that its genuine, she will respond positively to you.

Actually if you don't use the canned openers from the T.V. show you can get away with using other opinion openers. Ironically though "Did you see the fight outside?" has not lost any of its steam as back before i had the book this was my number one opener.

Personally i still use opinion based openers but i make very sure that i don't use any from the VH1 show.

The best opinion openers are situational, or personal. I was at a gay bar on saturday night (I'm used to the gay bars in Vancouver, which are filled with tons of single girls that feel safe in the SPAM and so make easy sarges) and we were having trouble telling who was straight and who was a lesbian, so we started polling on how many straight people came to the club and it worked great. Or when I wear my rainbow tuque, I like to ask girls whether they think it makes me look "TOO gay " and they'll either say, "No, I think it looks good on you" and then generally look me up and down and now I've got an IOI to neg her and build on. Or, what they might do is take it off to see what I look like without it and I keep my hair so short that its got that prickly feel to it and then they usually rub my head and then I've got kino initiated and can tell them to keep their hands off or one of those type of remarks.

the success of opinion openers can often depend on the situation and your mode of delivery.. how you deliver the line.. the thing is you must be cautious with opinion openers because i believe opinion openers can be construed to be DLV, as if your a confident and secure alpha male why would you even care about a random persons opinion?

Not to get off on a tagent...but responding to Rye Lee's comment. The Gay bar thing is sick. No joke, I've had more success at Gay clubs, than any straight ones. Just don't go around giving them the "If I wasn't gay, you'd be so mine." because you'll just never recover. Everyone will assume your ligitly gay.

But there is a special place for straight guys sarging at gay clubs. Most gymbos' jocks and other bar star wannabees never go to these clubs, because there too cool.

I encourage everyone to go sarge at a gay club...but peacock about double what you would at a straight club
