Which co-worker example?

In the one with the vending machine, no IOIs. Just talked a bit, exchanged hellos and that was it. I wasn't in it for IOIs, just being socialable and building rapport for future convos.

In the book one- no IOIs either. She smiled a bit and laughed a nervous laugh; not sure if this is bc she's shy or maybe I just made her feel uncomfortable.


I just got off the phone with the hairdresser from last week; she txt'd me a lot the first 1-2 nights then barely txt'd when I replied, so I backed off for a few days. She moved into a new apt, busy busy so I gave her space instead of being needy. I txt'd her tonite, asking how the move went, we txt'd a bit, then I talked to her for 30 min before saying I gotta run. Talked about confidence, me having swagger, helping improve her confidence, etc. I said that when we hang out I'll have to help her improve herself in that regards...using it as a possible "date" scenario.
