Lately its been beer (mgd64 if you can even can that beer) and pastas and other starches that have been pushing my numbers higher anyway.
Im trying naturally decaf green tea inorder to suppress my apitite late night I know EGCG is supposed to be good for fat loss (so they say) but without the caffine im not sure that it will actuallly help. This is the first night Im trying it and I will let you all know if it helps.

I was interested in starting with some green tea but wasn't sure if it helps or not. _________________ Become a better man. Texas PUA's look no further:

As a apetite surpressant green tea is ok, I think if you have to drink caffeinated beverage drink decaffe greent tea which oddly enough contains a small amount of caffine.

I'll look into the decaf tea as I hate caffeine. _________________ Become a better man. Texas PUA's look no further:
