I think they are too high... I don't seem to go after anyone lower than a 7. Tonight I had a party at my aprtment, and some girls came with some freidns of mine from high school. They go to a different colege, and I;ve never met them. One girl was trying to seduce me with a belt, but I wasn't giibvng in because I didn't find her that attractive. She was probably a 5.5, whilte her friend was a 6-6.7. She was pretty much giving me a lap dance but I didn't really want any part of it. Is there any way to lower my standars, or am I stuck going for the 7+s that I find vetry attractive?

There's nothing wrong with standards in my opinion. I feel the same. Sometimes I'm out at a club, and although I want to talk to some new people, I often just don't feel attracted to a lot of them. But I think in the long run, that's allright, bc if you end up getting in a real relationship, you don't want to be stuck with someone that you rated a 5 to begin with unless they have some other aspects personality etc... that makes you feel like they are at 10 at heart. But initial attraction goes a long way in my book.

dont ever lower your standards. practice on lower girls but go for better when you can get them

My advice is, throw out the idea of a rating system. I don't have one. I'm either attracted to a woman, or I'm not. That's it.......no 9's or 5's just attractive or not. Don't lower your standards though.

The girls you want will come...


focus on your building your skills by practicing on the mid range numbers, build your confidence, and it will come..

what you shouldnt do though is be inhumane.... theres nothing wrong with flirting with the uglier girls... and trust me hotter girls will notice you doing so....


be the center of attention, be fun, be energetic, and keep learning and in no time you will be getting the girls you want.

I agree with Shurgs. Work at being the center of attention. If you're the life of the party every girl will notice. Utilising the mid range can really help with the jealousy factor in higher range women ESPECIALLY if you neg them.

What's the point in going after a girl that you have no attraction to? I have expensive taste (it sounds much classier than telling people you're picky) but I would rather not get laid for a year because I didn't land any girls that I'm interested in, than go home with a girl that I consider a 5, because that's not very attractive to me. Again, numbers are all just a matter of opinion as I stated in a different thread. I think that Jessica Alba when she was in first season of Dark Angel was an 11, but now she's like a 7 (aside from in Sin City), but lots of people still consider her a 9 or so.

Yeah, as said before. Use girls your not attracted to persay to practice. That way when the HB10 or whatever you want to call it approaches. Your in top form. Last nite ( I'm kind of proud of this ) I was out with the semi-GF ( semi. She's a flight attendant that lives out of state now. So we can see other people ), and this girl ( cute as all hell, but didn't do it for me ) was hitting on me like crazy. The SemiGF was telling me to go for it she's cute, etc. She obviously likes you, blah, blah, blah. I didn't. Don't lower your standards. I say this not to take anything away from her, she was cute. I just know I can do better. I've learned so much from this community that I won't settle for second best in any facet of my life. You shouldn't either.

Yeah I guess it would be best not to lower my standards, I mean there is a reason I have standards in the first place. And I guess they were a little better looking than what I posted, but they both smoked so that knocks them down a point right there. I'll keep my high standards and I guess I'll have to invite the lookers since my friend's girlfriends don't like making new friends...
