Where and how do I start?

Wasup guy's,I want to start working out and building muscle.I'm a pretty scrony guy (I actually wish my metabolism was slower) and gaining 10 pounds would be fantastic.I know I have to start eating alot more but,I dont have money to join a gym.I do have the iron gym and some bar bells but is that enough?

Also what would be a good workout schedule.Is it true that if u work out early in the morning you will get better results.

My father tells me that I will only start gaining weight when I turn 30,I'm 22 I refuse to wait that long!Is there anyone out there who has went from scrony to brony.I could really use a tip or 2 or 3.

Any advice would be most appreciative.

First, calorie wise:
Google "weight gain calculator", I would post the link but I can't because I don't have 5 posts.

Then you're going to need gym access or access to weights.
What you want to do is do is divide your body parts into 5 days, I particularly like:
Biceps, Triceps, Legs & back, shoulders, chest
Don't combine muscle groups that are close to each other, you want your blood supply to be only going into that muscle (i.e. don't combine biceps triceps, back shoulders, etc.)
What you wanna do is completely destroy the muscle you chose in the gym. 16-20 sets (depending on muscle group size) of 4-5 different exercises. Larger muscle groups include legs, back, chest. Your core can be worked every day/ every other day.
Nutrition: You want Carbs & Protein. Both CRUCIAL to weight gain. Train Hard, Eat hard, Sleep hard. If you lack any of those you'll never make progress.

you need to do more (more weight or longer time of contracrtion) every workout to progress

understanding this equation is essiential

TRAIN (with enough intensity) + allow enough time to elapse for you to RECOVER than to GROW = muscle gain

the only x factor in that equation is genetics

hey man, i found this workout rite on the forum. Im on the 4th month, im the strongest i have ever been, and im seeing the results its awesome!

Ide say if your completely new just remember to do realistic amounts of weight. Don't swing and keep good for
