Location: Upstate New York | | Ideally...however sometimes they do it for attention, women send alot of mixed signals so don't put to much stock in any one signal. If they stack IOI's importantly eye contact, your doing good.
Body language after the approach is more important than in passing.

Location: OC, California | | A girl touching her hair can have a million meanings behind it let alone just fixing it or moving it out of the way. Trying to read into this is futile really. Its best to combine hair touching with other body language signs to get an idea of what the girl is "saying"

Posts: 844 | | I like David Deangelo's opinion on IOI's. Look for them, but pay more attention to how she is acting towards you. If she is always friendly and appears to go out of her for you a lot, and this is mixed with IOI's, then she definitely has the hots for ya.
