Although I've just signed up moments ago I have an amazing opener to share with you! I call it "the crazy bird" opener

This is a really fun one and could be considered creepy if not done with the right flavour.

So here's the story:

Me and a friend were on this not-so-big rock festival and we decided, that we are going to pick-up some chicks just for fun. So I just got this wild idea of the crazy bird opener (i labeled it later) and it turned out to work really well on two-sets.

Here's the opener:

You see a two set walking and you and your buddy go together runing with arms spread like a bird, waving your hands and shouting in a rather high pitch : "woo-loo-loo-loo-(loo going until you finish)" and you do a circle or two around them and if they are laughing you got them! Then you just play it cool and show that you aren't really crazy.

This worked many times in one day! We opened two sets, my buddy ended up with one of the women. For the rest of the night I had to find AFC to go along. Found one, and we opened 3 two-sets! Unfortunately he couldn't play it cool after that and creeped out the women. But I managed to take one with me anyways.

And here's what's really amazing. The one, that buddy stayed with could not remember how we opened her:D Wich means that if you play it cool after that, you're cool in their eyes!

However I don't belive this works with hired guns. I tried it with a girl friend and it was a fail. But this was only one try, so I can't say for sure. Maybe the girls weren't in the mood.

I think that some points are important with this:

1. You have to be playfully mooded

2. The women/girls have to be highschool/college age

3. You have to be in enviroment where such behaviour is not weird, like a music festival or a birthday party.

4.You have to watch if the girls laugh, if not than you bail (or if you're really cool try to play it)

5.And after you have open the set, you have to play it cool (both of you), so if you choose a random AFC you have to give him a quick tips on how not to freak out a woman.

Problem is that it's limited to certain social enviroment and age group, but it's loads of fun and really good for cracking your AA.

A question what do you say to them if one of them ask "what the hell are u doing?"
Would a hot girls answer on this? The set will laugh thats for sure.
Maybe you could spread your arms wide and look in your targets her eyes and wait 3-4 sec. like you wanna hug her and you know her..
After the 3-4 sec. you put your middlefinger up and turn around and wait 1 min.
After the minute you open her and say "Did you know how much time and energy it cost to get in touch with you, I mean you are standing there and pretending to be a celebrity(Fire this with positive energy and smile).

Hummm...I don't know how your thing would work. I know that with me, this one worked if i play it cool after the open. I think that one asked us what the hell we were doing and I just said: "We're just flying around meeting new people. Is this your first time here?" and then a normal conversation.

One thing is true, the sets all consisted of a HB7 and HB8 (every one of them), so I have yet to try it on HB9 and HB10. But I think it should work, since it's playful and new. But the main thing is to play it cool, or if the girls don't laugh bail out in the same fashion you went in. You must not show that you're ashamed. That way the girls will only think: "drunken idiots" and won't remeber you (they didn't see your face). So if you want you can later do a little less crazy routine or pick-up.

I think they will think you are drunk especially over here in pubs and clubs..
But I'm not lazy and lame, I am going to try your opener:)

@Anders: I would only use this one in a really huge area like the festival, because there are a lot of people and it dosen't look so awkward. I would never use it in clubs or night bars.

@Lord Dark Helmet: Finished reading your terrible experience. You really had bad luck with the wingmen. As I said i would never use it in a night club or a bar, that would just be insane. I kinda just posted this because I couldn't belive how well it went (with the right wingman) and it's a lot of fun in the right enviroment, the girls laugh we laugh and it's all good. And jeah...I won't do it anytime soon, only if I make a bet or something:)

@Serj: Maybe true. But like I said, this was just a crazy idea and it turned out way better than I expected. I usualy do more classy aproaches:P But hey, were all learning!:)

Also...sucess of an opener, as many of you I think will agree and has been said a bunch of times, depends on a cool game afterwards. If you play it cool and not be a clown, a boring guy, a nice guy, a sleeze, etc. almost anything will do. Like an old jazz song tells: T'ain't what you do, it's the way that you do it!
