Hi,

Yesterday I went to this dental office and I think I made a connection with the receptionist since i had quite a few IOI's and she asked me to call her to the office today in order to check on the status of something and wrote me down her work phone number.
I know I should have gotten flirty right away and played a routine on her but I'm new to the community and I really wasn't sure how to play it on this kind of situation.

So.. when I call her today, do I still have a chance of asking her out on a date or at least getting her number / email address? Do you have any tips on how to play it since I won't be going back there in a while.

Definately get her personal number. When u call her, tell her that you know how bored she must be sitting at her desk so you called to brighten up her day. Then, after some banter tell her that she should give you her number so you can call later to brighten up her evening! As your knew i dont expect you to know how to battle last minute resistance, so if she seems unsure give her your number, and hope that curiosity will get the better of her. Good luck

You could also say something like, "I have a feeling a may have a mini-dental scheduling emergency later, so what's the best way to get in contact with YOU?"
