i was waiting in line with a couple of my friends and out of nowhere a hot pink 2 seater convertible with two barbie blondes pulls up for valet playing that song im a barbie girl. i noticed a 3 set with 1 male in front of us so i used this as an opener,

me:(directed towards male) wow they would be playing barbie girl right?

male: haha there trying to show off.

me: (directed towards girls) would you guys drive that car?

hb7: of course i would its soo cute!

hb9: i probably wouldnt i hate pink

me: I bet i can guess your favorite color(pinching her blouse a little and looking interested) is it purple like this blouse?

hb9:haha yea how did you know?

me: haha because im cool like that

**as i was saying that a corvette drove by revving its engine and looking very beastly so the male in the set used this to seem more manly**

male: now thats my kinda car

** i figured i should amog him so i dont lose any points**

me: Its decent.. i would prefer the pink car tho, i dont need a big engine to make me feel manly

hb9: haha would you take me with you?(ioi??)

**before i got a chance to reply the club owner said if your 21 and up you get to skip the line, so the male in the set took them both by the hand and told them to come on**

the hb9 said maybe she would see me inside and it was nice talking to me

i knew i wasnt going to see her inside because the 21 and up area is closed for underaged males and thats where they were headed..

I felt like my game was pretty good as far as that situation went but i was wondering if there was anything i could have done to make her stay with me or was it just bad timing?

Just to correct the title, you didn't get AMOG'd. That's just bad luck that you aren't old enough.

Anyway, you don't have to "AMOG" the other guy so you don't "lose points". Just say what you think. Then you ARE the AMOG. Just let the conversation be more natural.
