Basically, I messaged this HB8 on POF.. got a response, and things were cruising. She didn't respond after I asked for a # so I sent something funny back, and she replied with.

oh.. sorry.. txt or call if you like... *** *** ****
i'm just getting less and less interested in this site to tell you the truth.


It's been about a day, what's the best text to open with on that?

call her.

have your best game on.

never answer her question as to why you called.

be the one to end the convo with a "nice to chat, i have to go do something more interesting now"

text takes 0.0001% balls, and any afc can send a couple of good texts and wonder why there is no reply.

a call makes her decide whether to be rude to your face, or respond. there is no hiding. and you look like you've got biggerballs than most the guys she deals with.

Yeah, you sound absolutely right about calling.

I was basically thinking of starting the conversation if she picked up as: "i hate dealing with plenty of fish too.. the phone seems more intimate" wait for her response then.. invite her to tag along on some daily errand


sounds like something any of you would do? If not, what would you do in this situation?

i dont really like it, i would probably be like "Hi"..or if you gave her a nickname just be like "Hi Nickname" and then she will be who is this, (if she doesnt recognise you number and you didnt give her a nickname...) you reply "Frank who is this ?" lol or "You dont remember me ?" or "Frank [change subject]" if you gave her a nickname just play a couple of games and then cassually invite her to a coffee shop.
