how can i date close properlY?

My caramel frappachino line was suppose to "hint" for a date. obviously he didn't get the hint. What do u suggest I say? Also, why would he compare surfing to cuddling? kinda sounds like a fake line from a movie

Its a Bit cryptic... As sharke22 said, even i didnt get the hint, just suggest something to him (non-cryptically) like suggest meeting up in starbucks and grabbing a coffee....

I am not sure why he would compare surfing to cuddling but i guess he is trying to impress you saying he likes surfing, and cuddling.
