I thought of a few easy kino techniques that work. Nothing to sexual but will get them comfortable with you touching them and will get you more comfortable touching them.

When you speak to them touch them on the shoulder for a moment.

Tell them a secret, close to they're ear, hand on lower back. (escalate kino before this)

"Wow you have tiny hands", then do a hand comparison with them by putting your hand to hers.

If they neg you, push slightly on their shoulder, look away and say "get the hell outta here" or something like that. Have a wing with you and start talking to them about something.

If you're tall and they're short, put your arm around them or on their head and say "you're so short" or something of that nature.

Challenge to a game of rock paper scissors.

Point out something on their body or face and touch it. Either compliment or neg.

Create a 'special' handshake just for you two. Do this before you exit and include something like a hug at the end.

If they are wearing sunglasses, take them and put them on, follow up with "You think i can rock these?" or "These look so much better on me"

Poke in the side works good.

Pat her on the head and say, "I'm proud of you," either when she says something really dumb or does something you want to reinforce. And don't forget... the claw...
