Hi guys, i have a ridiculous fear of being rejected which has hurt me alot through my life.

Apart from my friends, i'm afraid of being outgoing and friendly to people because i think they'll see me as creepy and annoying. Allthough i've been following the game for about 6 months now i havnt had the balls to approach a woman for fear that ill be humiliated.

The newbie mission seems really good, but am i supposed to try and start a conversation or just say hi. I'm also worried that the girl might think I'm creepy and stupid for saying hi the first place.

I'm pretty hairy and got teased alot for it during my high school years and allthough i knew they were only joking, it still got to me. I think that's one of the reasons for my insecurity.

Sorry if i'm whining to much but i was wondering what i could do to get rid of this.

why not just get waxed if its an issue for you? or laser hair removal? Being hairy seems like an easy problem to overcome. This should not be a serious problem in you attempts at becoming a PUA.

Yeah I've looked at those options but it costs alot. The issue more critical to me is my shyness, I just want to know how to get rid of it.

Get out of your comfort zone thats how. Do things youve never done before. Ask yourself this question. How do I know for sure that ill get rejected? How do I know for sure that they wont like me bacause of how hairy I am? How do you know for sure? Its all bullshtit your runniong through your head. Anyways, it has alot of missions on what to do to become more and more confident throughout each day. Theres 21 days and in those 21 days you will master 21 new habits to approaching women. Thinkg about that. How would your life be different if you had the balls just to approach any chick with total self belief and self confidence.

The main problem for you though is that your too far in your comfort zone. The only way your gonna overcome your problems in life is through action and action only. So start fucking taking action.

When you get rejected you feel that "you're not good enough", "that something's wrong with you". You're looking for others to decide your identity for you. You think taht if tehy call you a "loser" than you're a loser, if they call you a "winner", than you're a winner... What if a 1,000 people thought seriously that you were gay? Would you become gay? You need to create your own identity, and not look for others to tell you who you are.
